March madness can only mean one thing college basketball. The culmination of NCAA Division
I men's college basketball begins across the U.S. March 18th and ends at the Alamodome in San
Antonio, Texas on April 5th. Musco is proud to have supplied lighting systems for the Alamodome site
of the Final Four championship games.
The Alamodome uses Musco's ShowLight systems, which provide uniform, high quantities of light
to meet player, spectator, and television requirements. Superior glare control protects players, spectators
and the scoreboard from glare and spill light.
ShowLight systems provide fixture and shutter control for theatrical effects during player introductions
and halftime shows. ShowLight is the benchmark for instant off/on lighting systems, with shutter controls
that open or close in approximately two seconds.
ShowLight systems are in place at NBA and NCAA arenas across the country, including the listed facilities
hosting first and second round NCAA tournament games.
