Pac-10, Fox SportsNet team with Musco

Citing a win-win situation for both the Pacific-10 NCAA conference and Fox Sport Net, Fox teamed with Musco to provide permanent lighting for schools in the Pac-10 that didn’t have adequate broadcast level lighting. Fox has a long-term contract for broadcasting Pac-10 games.

Musco’s knowledge of the television industry’s lighting needs, combined with their multi-task project management experience and technical expertise made the project happen for Fox and the individual schools.

Permanent lighting systems were installed at five Pac-10 schools following this 1999 agreement: Oregon State, University of Oregon, Washington State, University of Washington, and Stanford. UCLA, which plays at the Rose Bowl, and USC at the Los Angeles Coliseum, had existing Musco lighting systems. •
