The payments for the remaining balance were tailored around the school's cash flow, and the first payment wasn't due for a year after installation. As an added benefit, the school is seeing additional revenue from expanded field usage and increased attendance at games.
"Because of the availability of the finance package, we have been able to get what wasn't possible" said Ed Ackerman, Colfax-Mingo superintendent. Working together, the school district completed the financing on behalf of the booster club, which reduced the down payment and interest rate.
