Keys / Staff / Timer System:
Keys were issed to coaches for three parks, staff turned lights on / off at one facility, old timer system on
one facility. Lights were sometimes left on all night and security was an issue at the remote parks. Timer on sprinklers
malfunctioned, and by the time staff was able to get to field 30 minutes later, the fields were soaked and unplayable. |

Ranger Staff:
Lights were turned on / off by Rangers (law enforcement officers). Due to travel time and to allow
for emergency service calls, Rangers would frequently need to start turning on lights two hours early. Often
lights were left on long after the event while they handled other responsibilities. |
