The Challenge

After years of steady growth in its student population, Salado Independent School District (ISD) began planning the construction of new school facilities. To offset the cost of expansion, district leaders began searching for ways to reduce utility and operational costs at their existing athletic spaces, starting with baseball, softball, and tennis facilities. To achieve its goal, the district would need a comprehensive lighting solution to satisfy footcandle requirements at each facility, enhance overall visibility, and minimize energy and maintenance costs.
